Trinity Lutheran Church is excited to announce our new small group Bible study beginning in February 2021 based on the bestselling book, Red Letter Challenge! The Red Letter Challenge (RLC) will challenge you to become a greater follower of Jesus. This study will challenge you for 40 days to read and practice the words of Jesus through 5 discipleship targets. The RLC is unique because it takes Christ’s literal words and gives you practical daily challenges based on those words.
Week 1: INTRODUCTION
We have split the Introduction Video into 3 parts. Click the links below to view the videos. During week one, we will learn more about the Red Letter Challenge and what to expect over the next several weeks.
Week 2: BEING
Click here to view the BEING VIDEO. During week two, we will explore and develop spiritual disciplines – good habits that allow us to more closely connect to Jesus Christ.
WEEK 3: FORGIVING
Click here to view the FORGIVING VIDEO. During week three, we focus on forgiveness. God doesn’t want us stuck in the past. God has taken our mess and nailed it to the cross, so we don’t have to keep beating ourselves up about it. If you can’t let go of the past, you’ll never be able to move into the future.
WEEK 4: SERVING
Click here to view the SERVING VIDEO. During week four, we will see how we seek to serve others because God first served us – sending His Son to die on the cross for our sins.
WEEK 5: GIVING
Click here to view the GIVING VIDEO. During week five, we focus on giving. Jesus talked more about money than He talked about love, heaven, or hell. He talked about money more than any other topic except the Kingdom of God.
WEEK 6: GOING
